Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The annual meeting of stockholders of the Company was held on May 26, 2021, pursuant to notice duly given. The stockholders voted on four proposals, which are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission April 7, 2021.
