Microvision Approved to List Warrants on The Nasdaq Global Market

Microvision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS), a global leader in light scanning technologies, today announced that it has received approval from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel to list Microvision's warrants to purchase common stock issued as part of its previously announced July 2008 public offering on The NASDAQ Global Market. NASDAQ has informed Microvision that its warrants to purchase common stock will trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "MVISW" beginning September 10, 2008.
